Paper Presentation
Paper presentation is an individual competition where each participant is required to compose a paper about a given topic or area and then present it in front of the jury. The presentation includes a short introduction, student’s hypothesis, a brief description of the methods, tables and /or graphs related to student’s findings. The presentation should be no more than 10 minutes. While writing the paper, the topic is specified, an outline of what anyone can do in the paper, pointing out one’s original contribution, includes a concluding sentence.
When a student will prepare a paper they have to keep the following instructions in their consideration:
Pay attention to the deadline for proposals.
A deadline should be given to ‘force’ the student to be committed to the various activities to complete the paper.
Writing a winning abstract to get their paper accepted into the conference
Have to Pay attention to their presentation itself.
In order to convey excitement about their paper, they need to think about their presentation
As well as the findings they are communicating.
They should note the conference time and stick to it. It is also recommended for the students to practice in front of their peers; when they prepare, they should keep in mind that reading from notes is better than reading directly from their paper. They should always stand when giving their paper presentation.
